If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly replace the merchandise or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price. 

Delivery: Subject to product availability, please allow five to seven business days for standard delivery. Allow 2 to 3 days for priority delivery. Embroidered apparel items are made to order and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
